Broadcast Live video from your iPhone using Justin.TV App

Justin.TV is currently the largest online community for people to send, to watch and interact around live video. The company started its Android app for a few weeks ago, and today they drop their iPhone app that allows you to send live video from your iPhone on Justin.TV.

Justin.TV previously offered a read-only app for the iPhone but now offering live broadcast, which obviously adds a large number of new users at your company.Time spent watching streaming video is 650 percent in the United States over the past year, thanks to a number of live video publishers including Justin.TV, Ustream, Livestream and Qik. People love to send their activities with friends, concerts, weddings, birthdays, graduations in intensity and hue etc and Justin.TV provides another platform that iPhone users to do just that, to provide competition to the Ustream and Qik iPhone apps.

The app is a standalone service from Justin.TV site that users can start broadcasting immediately after you have downloaded the app without having to visit the Web site.User videos are archived on the site forever and can be shared with friends on Facebook and Twitter.

You can chat with friends in real time via app, switch between front-end and back-camera (for iPhone 4 users) and also send in landscape mode; App adjusts the bit rate as the video is uploaded, and will switch between Edge, 3 G and wireless without releasing your video stream.

Despite a late competitor to iPhone live video streaming market Justin.TV promises to bring additional functionality to their iPhone and Android apps, including hardware video encoding, enhanced real-time chat and much more to the point of existing competitors. Android app has been adopted by 20% of the company's unique software companies and Justin.TV expect faster adoption of its iPhone app.

CEO Justin.TV, Michael Seibel expressed their confidence in the company's exclusive rights in the wake of the Giants as YouTube entering live streaming market with some valid arguments. He pointed out that many of Justin.TV's competitors offer live streams of the big events and premium content through their elected partners only that restrict their användarbas.
